Get heard, get known, and make a deeper impact

with tailored-to-you podcast production support for the values-led entrepreneur who has things to say but zero time to get them out there.

I see you. You’ve got that voice in your ear that won’t stop talking.

No, it’s not your podcast. Yes, we like puns here.

But you wish it was. ‘Cause that voice in your ear is whispering to you, ‘all those things you want to say? They could help people, ya know.’

You’re just too busy to think about launching your podcast. Or, you’ve already given in and launched but that mental burst of energy you had when you started? Fizzling away quicker than Rachel and Joey’s relationship.

I’m glad you’re here!

Because that means you’ve realized that you want to make a deeper impact through your podcast. It means you’ve realized the time for you to breathe, slow down, and let go of managing your podcast is here and now.

All you need is something to say. I’ll take care of the rest.

Just don’t forget to send me those audio files…

What my lovely clients are saying:

In little notes and messages as we work together :)

“I am so thankful for you!
For your great work, communication, and
friendship.”

“Brandee you NAILED IT on episode 106. You hit it out of the park. So well done and I’m so impressed.
So thankful for you!”

“You’re amazing!!! Such great quotes that you pulled!
I so appreciate your attention to detail and taking the time to find those links!”

“Such a great job, as always!! I really appreciate your thorough notes, too. Thanks for all that you do!”

Choose your own adventure:

We’ll get your podcast launched

If you’ve got a podcast idea but nowhere to run with it, let’s get you up and running with my 6-week process that’ll set you up to launch on time.

Now let’s manage your podcast

Got a successful podcast but no more time to manage it? Or maybe you just don’t want to anymore. That’s okay. I’ll work closely with you to manage all post-production areas so you can take a breath and get back to doing the fun part: recording!

Grow your podcast with an audit

I’ll identify gaps and areas for improvement and hand you a step-by-step guide on how to make sure your podcast is the best it can be.

Wait, but who am I?

I’m Brandee. Cat lady, snack lover, and slightly-obsessive Friends re-watcher.

I’ve been called an actual chameleon because of my ability to learn and adapt to so many different situations. Nothing is too much of a challenge for me.

In my eyes, connection is the whole point of podcasting; to connect with your audience in a more authentic way. That’s why I'm firmly in the solopreneur camp (versus an agency) because I want to connect with YOU.

By forming a connection and being on the same page with you and your show's message, well, that's where the podcast magic happens. Because you now have your ideal podcast listener working on your show and rooting for your success.

You’ll be working with a real human, with real feelings, who genuinely cares about your show.

I’m in it for the long haul, and I suspect if you’ve got big podcast goals, so are you.

If you’re asking yourself, “But who am I to have a podcast?” or “Who’s listening to what I have to say?” then don’t forget that you DO have something to say that people need to hear. How can you help them if they don’t hear your message?

I want to help get your voice out there and lighten the load so your message can help as many people as possible.

FAQs about podcast support

  • Oh, I wish! Life would be easier. But I’m not about making promises I can’t keep. I can promise that you’ll gain so much more time back that you’ll be able to dedicate time to growing that number in your bank. I can promise your podcast will be in the BEST possible position to grow, a lot. So, if your podcast topic is addictive to your listeners, and you know there’s an appetite for it, then once you outsource your podcast management, I’m confident you’ll see results.

  • I get it. Your podcast is, literally, a reflection of you and your brand, so it’s a big deal to ease up on managing it all and bring someone else in. It can feel scary doing that, and that’s why I’ll be working with you every step of the way. Yes, you can hand everything to me, but that won’t mean you’re totally out of the loop, wondering what the heck is going on. We’ll work together. And you’ll never be tied into long, unfair contracts. So if something isn’t working for you, we can reassess at any time.

    Sound good?

  • I’m genuinely so pleased to hear that! But if you’re here browsing my website, that means something is telling you that there’s an easier way to do things. Newsflash: business and running a podcast are allowed to be easy, enjoyable, and stress-free. If you’re feeling like maybe you’re wanting to experience more of the fun stuff and less of the pulling-your-hair-out overwhelm, it’s probably time to outsource.

  • Good audio starts before you hit record. If your dog is barking, press pause, because my whole job is to optimize already decent audio. Not work a miracle, as much as I’d like to.

Transparency stops me from overpromising

Since I value transparency and honesty, I won’t sell you a pipe dream and say that if you invest in working with me, I’ll be able to earn you money from your podcast in just 4 weeks, or whatever. But, I am confident in what I can bring to your values-led brand (and so are my past clients…) if you stick with podcasting for the long haul.

You will see results and your version of success if you stick with it, put in the work, and inject your energy into making it succeed.

And if you've followed my recommendations and still don't see the growth you'd like to after 6 months, we'll hop on a free 30-minute call to identify your best next steps.

You can absolutely do all of the things required for a successful podcast yourself, but is that the best way to spend your time?

Fill out my form, and we’ll hop on a quick call to see if it makes sense to work together. After that, if you’re excited to get going, then all that’s left is a contract, commencement invoice, and a questionnaire to get to know you and your show.
